A financial obligation is incurred at the time a student enrolls in course work at this institution. Specific questions regarding payment of tuition and fees should be directed to the Bursar's Office at 865 Research Parkway, Suite 240, email OUHSCBursar@ouhsc.edu. The office is open 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday, except for university recognized holidays.
